Sheffield says “We 🧡 UNIONS”

Sheffield Trades Council has been promoting Trade Unions during TUC 🧡 UNIONS Week. Because of the COVID restrictions, we could not run a stall or any other sort of public gathering, so we decided to promote the message in two ways. Firstly a banner drop from Park Square roundabout footbridge, with the simple message “WORKERS NEED TRADE UNIONS. JOIN ONE TODAY!” This is seen by hundreds of motorists hourly. Secondly we made 100 home made laminated A4 posters with different Trade Union messages to display in localities around the city, posted by our army of volunteers. Sheffield has got the message – “Workers Needs Trade unions – Join One Today!”
